possibility of getting funding

My cgpa is 3.85/4.00. Ielts 7 and no publication. Wht r my chances of getting fund in any(rank doesn't matter to me) canadian university? I studied in bsc in electrical and electronic engineering. Also can anyone suggest some uni name?

Your academic record is very good. Scholarships/ Funding/ University grants vary from Institution to Institution. First, you should search out for universities that offer the course you want to study. Once that is done, then you can move on to the next step...

i want to do ms in embeded system in any canadian university offcourse with funding. Is it possible for me to get that? I have no publication and no job experience as i am fresh graduate.

Contact the university and inquire about funding for your particular stream

You can also look at the Faculty profile of your relevant department of your university. See what different Professors have as their research interest. When you find someone that shares the same research interests as you do, you can contact him through e-mail introducing yourself along with an SOP (mentioning your research interest and what would you like to do) and your CV.

Ideally, the professor will reply you back and once you start having correspondence with the guy, he might agree to supervise you for your Masters and get you a Funding.
