Dear Champion Members !!!

I wish to apply for FSWP under Canadian NOC 2146 titled "Aerospace Engineers". I have completed all formalities like Education Credential Assessment (ECA) from WES and IELTS. The only step left is filling and formal lodging of Application with CIC. I am interested in knowing whether still there are chances of having my Application accepted and getting a file number. The latest status posted on CIC for all complete applications against all NOCs mentions only 02 applications for NOC 2146. I understand that this number only refers to the completed applications whereas in reality there may be many others in the pipeline. So are there still any chances of getting a file no if I file the application within next 10 days or so??? or I should wait till next year.............???

Secondly, can some experienced member also tell me whether the fees submitted as part of application is refunded in case the CAP for a particular category has already been reached or it is non-refundable.

Thanks and regards..........Looking forward to an early reply

go ahead and send your application now, as there is a high chance of you getting in. afaik, you won't get charged if your application won't get processed. you will only lose courier fees just in case but then again, as of date, there's not even a double digit in the number of applications. best of luck!
