you have a good chance of increasing your IELTS score. the best way is to prepare more. Try and get atleast CLB level 9. this will increase your points.

CLB 9 would mean atleast 8 in listening and 7 in the rest. you can also go to the CRS calculator tool and play around with your IELTS scores. the score will be automatically re-calculated so you will have a rough idea of what should be your score.
Hello all, my crs is 431 with L7.5, R7.5, S8, W6 and I believe my NOC is 6221, what are my chances of getting an ITA in next 2 months or so. Also, should i wait to see what next cut-off brings or try to improve my IELTS
