One of my relatives got recently divorce...she has daughter with her now...in divorce paper there is mentioned that "Daughter is currenntly living with mother" ...i want to ask what kind paper would be needed for the case?? will she be asked for any kind of NOC (non objection certificate) from her previous husband??or the ddivorce paper is suffice to get the case submitted?? she doesnt want to apply without her daughter....
