positive lmo but confuse about interview

i hv applied on 3rd november 2014 for positive lmo.plz advise what will be next step from embassy???

like telephonic interview or personal interview?///

i have lmo for store kepper in hotel. and i have no experience of any work. i have completed my graduation in engineering 2013.

They normally wouldnt schedule an interview unless there is a reason to.

The employer will apply for your LMIA, once inputted into the system it all go through a series of checks.

If Service Canada accept the terms of your employers application then it will be approved.

They would normally contact your employer with an LMIA (this is not your work permit) if you're from a visa exempt country you just have to drive to the border and get your new work permit issued.

If not, then i believe you have to apply online but maybe someone with more knowledge about it can confirm the last part.
