Are you applying within canada?.

usually the immigration will assess the applicant for admissibility such as medical examination and background security check.

I'm applying from Outside Canada. I have work experience mismatch with the current offer. But it is okay for the company. will it affect my work permit?

one of the requirements is a Proof indicating you meet the requirements of the job being offered.

An LMIA is not a guarantee you will get a work permit. As others mentioned above you need to meet certain other criteria along with the LMIA to be eligible. Even meeting the criteria there is no 100% certainty.
