I hope someone here can help me because I'm trapped in this unusual situation. I applied for ee and claimed 50 points for positive Lmia ( im on a open work permit just applied LMIA to boost score). I got an invitation and submitted everything already. Now my employer is thinking about selling his store and he found a potential buyer. The buyer isn't buying the company only the store hence he is not a successor of interest. My current employer do have other store running the same franchise buisnebu but they are under different company names as well. What will be best way to deal with this situation. I don't want to withdraw my current application but I'm afraid I'll loose my LMIA pounts?
