Positive LMIA and work permit chances

currrently having tourist visa and still in INDIA. already talked with employer who is ready for LMIA documention. can somebody please guide me what to do. i mean should i go to canada first then apply for LMIA and workpermit or be here in india wait for positive LMIA and then apply for work permit there by myself.

You should wait in India for the positive LMIA and apply for the work permit from India. LMIAs take a very long time to process and there's no guarantee of approval. So it makes sense to wait in India rather than Canada. Also, your chances of the work permit being approved are somewhat higher if you apply from India.
