Hello,

I got an job opportunity from Plamtek Corportion, Alberta,Calgary. Without any interview the HR person started preparing for my documentation. He is asking me the signed positive LMIA (Labour Market Impact Assessment along with the security deposit $1000 CAD. Also I can't find the company information on linked In. No other names mentioned in the mail i could find on linked In.
Can I have your opinion and suggestion with regards on this matter.

It’s likely a scam given the employer pays the 1000 dollar fee for the LMIA not the employee. The Plamtek website was only registered last month. https://domain-status.com/www/plamtek.com

Yep, as soon as an employer/agent asks for money, walk away. Unfortunately that's quite often AFTER you have provided them with enough information to enable identity theft.
