Guess that's the closest NOC for call center positions:

http://www5.hrsdc.gc.ca/noc/english/noc/2011/Profile.aspx?val=6&val1=6552 But it's not eligible under the CEC class.

If I may jump in here. Pardon my ignorance, as I havent read the entire convo....but I'd like to point out that CIC is basing there decision on your duties, not your title. In addition, more recently, we have seen them referring to the main statement as well. So, your duties are not meant to match word for word, cuz then everyone would do that. People have actually been put on review because of copy/pasting. If you duties coincide with a particular NOC and it fits the main statement of purpose, then go with that NOC.

And to finish off, if you are truly in a predicament on what to do...I would suggest shooting HRSDC an email and ask them what NOC they think this is. I did the same. The email is noc-cnp@workingincanada.gc.ca .

I wrote something like: can you please confirm that the following information meets the parameters of NOC bla bla. You could do something like: can you provide advice on an appropriate NOC to use. And then just list out everything as is in your reference letter. You wont be able to use this in your app, since its not official. But you will have a better idea.

Good luck! :)
