Posibility to get pr of canada with over all 6 bands

Hello Experts,

I would like to know that weather am i aligiable for any provincial nomination program?
I had completed my Bcom in 2001 and my MBA in Information systems in 2011 from sikkim manipal university (It seems to be considered as a distance learning eventhough i had attended it as weekend course)
I have been working as a database administrator since 2007 in reputed company of india.
my age is 35 years and recently i have obtained over all 6 band in IELTS (L=6.5, R=5.5, S=5.5, W=6).

Now my question is that, am i aligiable for any provincial nomination program?
