Portal 2 to eCopr timeline 2024

@Hyper1013 I'm a silent participant, but without knowing, I held patience reading your updates. May Allah reward you.

I'm sharing my wife timeline and hoping it'll give confidence to other people:
Nov 2021: applied with TR to PR worker french stream
Sept 2022: AOR
Apr 2023: Additional documentation required (provided the following days)
Jun 2023: Docs received
Oct 2023: Application rejected. Reason: admissibility criteria not met (worked hours). After review of docs submitted, I understood that it was unclear for the immigration agent and the agent only considered the numbers that made sense to him/her, and discarded the remaining numbers. At the time of application, wife and I didn't met yet.
Feb 24: Applied for reconsideration by webform. I basically wrote a letter politely explaining that there might a misunderstanding. I explained the work experience thoroughly, with the documents explained one by one, including an annex.
Mar 24: Communication from IRCC to tell that request was transferred to right department.
Jul 2024: Application reopened. additionnal docs and residency fee payment requested. We applied for spousal sponsorship in june and just got AOR at the same time. Everything done the following day.
13 aug 2024: Docs received and final decision (approved)
12 sept 2024: Portal 1 sent to wrong email
26 sept 2024: Called IRCC to inquired, agent asked about portal 1 email, we said we didn't receive. They sent it to right email address.
28 sept 2024: Portal 1 email received. Replied same day
28 Oct 2024: Portal 2 email. Replied same day.
08 Jan 2025: eCOPR. PR card received around 2 weeks later by mail.

Ma Shaa Allah, Alhamdoulilah. May The Lord facilitate the process for everyone.
Spousal sponsorship application was cancelled after we got portal 1. Fees were refunded except biometrics.
Tip: We were able to get OHIP with the letter that accompany portal 1 email. You have to insist at service ontario because many employees are unaware that you're admissible to OHIP with a PR application. I even think that with AOR, you should be able to get OHIP.
