I think you might be in for a wait - I confirmed on 27th Sept and still waiting eCOPR and others longer than me!

P2 - 25th sept (never got the email but i just reset the password manually on the pr tracker)
Copr - 1st nov

Basically, the VO which confirms that the applicant is now a permanent resident and has completed virtual landing!
