I've seen October 29, 31 ad even November 1 getting their eCoPRs! I suppose IRCC hates even numbers which is why people like us 28 and 30 are still in this wait game!

I sent replied p1 email on Oct 31st and still sent reminder yesterday but still nothing.. same Montreal office
