Hi Everyone,

Does anyone know what month they do interviews in Guyana for Family Class sponsorship?

So, he's lived in Canada before? Legally? Has he been deported or anything?

Yes he was back and forth over a few years before we met here.

has anyone ever tried calling the office directly to get any information ?

Not recently, have you?

They usually don't give out information via phone. They tell you to send an email enquiry which is BS

If you are doing an enquiry they will most likely tell u to do what they tell everyone else .. btw, if u live in POS I heard you can do walk in enquiries at certain times in the early mornings .....

Thanks confused !! I live in Mississauga, but my hubby lives in Trini so I would tell him to pop by

I believe you have to do it before a certain time between Mondays and Thursdays ... honestly tho, if he is walking/running distance from the VO it would hurt him to spin by anytime and find out exactly when he can do it.

Oh, make sure he brings his B file number and ID and some sort of information ... perhaps his AOR letter issued by CHC-POS

That is totally screwed up !!! However mine doesn't even show anything about the medicals, etc. and they were all submitted with the application.

Mine doesnt either and we submitted everything with the application. Police clearance, Medical, etc.

LOL thanks Oneday.

I have realized that there really isn't much I can do but just sit back and wait out the processing. Some days I feel as though I am going insane and other days I feel that it's coming to an end. All in all, I try to keep myself occupied not thinking about the entire process. It will be over and done with for all of us sometime in the future, nah?

It's almost 2 years since my application has been in process and it feels like nothing to me. However, going back two years and thinking those two years ahead in the future would have driven me insane. I guess we have to keep faith and hold strong throughout this process.

Time will heal.

I wonder if an MP can expedite or issue a PR if the sponsor has paid for medicals/police clearances (sometimes twice), the other spouse has been successfully interviewed overseas, and has been waiting, with no solid reason, well beyond the 15 months.

Can it not be issued from Canada due to sheer negligence? ::)
