k thanks for the info. my hubby paid all the fees upfront...i feel sorry for him cause he still has a high outstanding credit card bbill from fees for this and multple trips and so forth. but when you think about it, your wife will need a couple of weeks to prepare to move up. i will need a month cause i have to give in a months notice here and i have alot of financial stuff to tie up and my insurance agent has been ducking me for a while now.Mancrab said:Honeybird,
in the letter that my wife received, it states that their initial assessment of her PR application is
good, but only after receiving her passport, that they would make their final decision, and they gave the
range of 2-4 weeks to make their final decision, as confused mentioned. One thing that I failed to mention,
I have not made the RFPR payment as yet, I will forward the payment tommorow express mail to CPC-Mississauga,
and should be in Trinidad in a week and a half, only after receiving the fee, then they would accept he passport.
I am hoping that in two weeks, she'll be making her way to the Trinidad office to drop off her passport. I don't know
why I didn't pay the all the fees up front, because that is delaying me about three weeks.
