I am having trouble logging in to Ecas :o

Has anyone ever experienced that?

I keep getting a screen that says:

I've had that page come up in ecas before and it's usually if I made a mistake when entering the uci number.

Does anyone know requests for documents does it come by email or regular mail.

I checked and rechecked ... I am not doing anything wrong. Has anyone logged in today?

I logged in earlier, also just now and was successful in doing so.

Hey its prob just a glitch... relax a sec, and think this through. IF there was a problem with your application you would be mail, and communicated about it. They wouldn't DISCONNECT you from the website - so chill.

When you enter your credentials, do you manually type it each time? Or is it saved in your browser and pre-filled each time you login?

If it's the later, then clear your browser cache, and retry logging in.
OR Try using a different browser, or computer.

I login multiple times a day, and at least a few times a week I end up mistyping a DOB, and get a similar error.

Try my suggestions above, and let us know.

Cheers

I am trying to relax ... just feels like the situation has worsened ...i wanted to see an update and now i cannot see anything at all :(

I tried logging in from a different browser and also from my phone... I even tried using a different ID Type... I get the same screen.

Could it be the last time you logged in you accidentally clicked on the option where it says remove access...I've seen on this forum other members who have done that before. It would explain why u can't log in...maybe you can call them or email them for an update saying you can't access your ecas

Good point...hemmm but I do know you have to go through another step to confirm. So I don't believe thats the issue.
Im thinking its incorrect credentials.

So whatever you entered is incorrect. Or wait 24 hours and see if things change.
