CdnandTrini!! How are the preparations coming along?

Hey girl, slowly but surely :D.....I was at the PP office today for 4 hours with my mother-in-law trying to get her passport renewed so we can get a visa for her to visit next summer. I want to try and get all this done before we leave, but TRINI TIME we on!!! So back to the registry office to get an "original" of her wedding certificate, then the same for a birth certificate and then back to the PP office - maybe next week if we can get another appointment!!

Hubby is working his butt off on his various projects and I try to help where and when I can but I swear, I melt from the heat about 3-4 p.m. every day! So things are moving along and I am grateful to be spending this time together. Until we have a big fight that is...lol......yes we are both used to calling the shots being apart for so long so we are working all that out :P!!! When hubby and I got his visa we kept staring at it, put it away, then brought it out to look at it again ;D so your time is soon for that phase. Blessings my dear.

I always worried with the exclusion order and was glad we didnt needed an ARC. Was hubby beyond excited?!!

He is extremely excited thank goodness for not needed an ARC

Congrats oneandonly!!!

@chickie, no we haven't been asked for them... I just had a freakout moment when Louisfam said he was asked for them AFTER he had sent his passport in. I've heard horror stories of them taking so long.

@behopeful, I think now that there is an option to do digital ones (albeit expensive) maybe it is better to wait until asked (since his name is very rare) knowing it doesn't take so long? I'll talk it over with my hubby and see what he wants to do.

Thanks all

Hi everyone!

We got hubby's passport with shiny visa in it!! I screamed! Can't believe it is all over....

We had to watch it a few times to make sure it was real lol

All the evidence we sent was sent back to us and it was properly organized in different envelopes lol. Our cards were in one envelope, pics in one, proof of communication in the other etc. At least they did something right!!
