I think it may have something to do with the fact that we almost cannot quite believe or trust it is going to actually happen now......until we see the proof from immigration, for a change ! My hubby did not believe it until the visa was in his hand, then he got happy. Blessings.

I have been getting a few private messages lately asking for the down-low on what's been going on. You all know as much as I do. I am so f*cking angry, disgusted and annoyed with this office I cannot even begin.

I promise I'm not keeping my approval/denial from you - I have no news despite constant efforts to get their attention.

I hate this office. And as much as I love all of you and pull strength from your successes, it's very hard to be on here and see all the success stories at this moment. Especially while I am taking 3 exams in the next month and can barely concentrate on those :-[

Promise I didn't abandon any of you and I feel very happy for all of your successes and forward movements. I just can't be as mentally present here as before as this is getting very hard on me. I'm silently cheering you all on. I haven't disappeared... just taking a break. I will let u know when I know something but I'm not on here every day for my own emotional well-being.

Hahaha I hear you. Having the visa in hand still wasn't enough for my husband. He didn't exhale til we left the airport and he walked out onto Canadian soil. And even then for about a week every time the phone rang we'd think it was POS calling to say "just one more thing..."

Immigration trauma ZP!!! It must be like leaving prison.....always looking over our shoulders....sad but true. :'(
