Good day everyone.
You are fortunate that they have even replied to you, good luck and congratulation on your pregnancy.

I have a question, how close to the expiration of medicals and after an interview is it advisable to contact POS. I want to email them, but I don't want to seem pushy at the same time.

I dont think the agent will say: ho she asked me a question about his file, well she is too pushy let me put the file on hold...you want to ask a questions ask it! The worst that can happen is they dont answer, or dont answer what you want to hear but dont be afraid to send an email...

You never know with those people. They did say in the package that the process can be slowed down by contacting the office (maybe something to do with having to pull your file).

Anyway, happy Friday everyone, I know this process may seem to be going on forever but just keep your heads up :-*

Just popping in to say congrats to Alo and LD Waiting...great stories!

Hello to everyone and welcome newbies...no updates here unfortunately. Had my MP's office do some e-mailing again to POS and to Ottawa to find out what the @ss is going on. Lol

Hubby will be home in the next 3 weeks for a visit...I hope to God in that time we can finish this whole process. It's been a year and a half since weve seen each other...kinda nervous haha.

Have a great weekend, wish you all luck. Keep posting the updates! Good job Admirable and Trini.

Can4Vincy, your husband is coming for a visite with an entry visa?did you get it befort the demand for PR?
Im wondering if we should/can apply for one so my love could be there for the delivery. He had a multiple entry visa that expired lasr june.

St Vincent is a Visa Exempt country...he doesn't need one to visit.

Hi All,

I am new to this forum. My husband and I submitted our application in June 2011, the last response we received was that the application has been sent to Trinidad to process. Since that time our long distance marriage has since detoriarated and my husband has asked for a separation. Any advise on what will happen to the application.

Worried

Which of you is the sponsor? If the marriage has broken down irretrievably, the sponsor has the option to withdraw the sponsorship and terminate the application. If they finalise the processing and issue a visa and the applicant arrives in Canada and the marriage goes to divorce soon thereafter, the applicant could be reported for misrepresentation, as CIC could take the position that they knew the marriage was broken down but did not inform them.

I hope you find ways to work it out. Long distance can be difficult on a marriage, sometimes it is hard to sustain a marriage under the same roof, much less from thousands of miles away. You may need to recall what made you commit to marriage and to each other in the first place, and work very hard to get back to that place. Good luck.

My husband is the sponsor, it has only been one month since things have gone down hill. We spent the Christmas holidays fine together. I am praying that we can work things out which is the most important thing right now.

Good Morning Forum Fam & Happy Monday To All

Welcome Avatar :D

Charlie D is absolutely riight. Your husband can withdraw the application if he chooses to do so. I wish you all the best in your marriage and I hope things work out for the best.

@Can4Vincy The end is almost near...Wishing you guys a wonderful vacay together.

Looking fwd to a progressive week from POS. Send those updates and pprs!!!

Hi good day all, have not been posting but been praying instead :) I wish you all the best in your marriage avatar, i know its tough with the situatuion. I guess we are all facing difficulty with the distance one way or the other. Best thing to do is place it in God's hands, He knows whats best :) I hope we all hear something from POS this week, i assume no one has gotten any PPRs since December right?

Does anyone know how to print their call durations from skype directly?
Launch skype, Select the person's name that you want the history for. In the right hand pane select 'show messages from'. Select the time frame eg 30 days etc. the history is then listed. Highlight the complete history, then copy and paste into a word doc.

Good Morning All.
Happy Valentine's Day.
