Forum Fam, I just received the phone call and email. They are sending back my documents. I am so happy.They are returning my original documents along with the CPR. There is hope to get through faster than the time on the website.

Strange enough they have not requested my passport. In the email it says:
"go to a courier company and pay for the return of your original documents along with the CPR which will allow you to enter Canada and be landed as an immigrant" I have to get an acct no. at the courier and email them.

I was wondering if this is a mistake and i still need to send my passport.

I called the CIC port of spain today and got a very nice lady on switchboard who put me on hold to check with immigration, she said that the file is an active file and they are still working on it. I don't understand why they have the passports more than one month. I am hoping soon for christmas.
