@ LD Waiting From reading the forum I think Stressed wife was illegal in the US. But every situation is different and people don't have the same background. Show evidence to prove your relationship is genuine.

@Can4Vincy Keep on sending CSE until they get fed up and respond. Also contact your MP and let them inquire. If these IOs could complete a file why are they not signing off on them? One thing we know is that they can't stall forever.

The goal of spousal sponsorships is proving a genuine relationship or marriage. It's not for gaining status in Canada. I was even reading some of the cases on Canlii....Boiii , when you go for that interview you better know the info submitted in your application like your ABCs. Only answer what you are asked and make sure you know details of your spouse etc.

Congrats to all on their updates. I'm gearing up for my 1st correspondence from POS cu. Lawddddd! My file collecting cobweb....and still not even an E-Cas update..

You need to have 10 posts and the time varies for when the PPR is received after the status changes to Meds received.

Well, ANOTHER holiday in Trinidad......lol.....how many do they have a year!??!? lol So, I guess no one is working in the immigration office

No new news here....still says 'in process' and last update was 'medicals have been received' that was on October 12th
