hahah unfortunately no, even if I am cleared in the summer ( we doubt because of our red flag 18 year age diff that i will happen so quickly) we have already booked tickets to spend the summer in Iceland... lol ikr

ok..... Just pray that you dont get any interview at all... But you are doing the right thing still is try and gather alot of evidence if you can. This process is not over until you get your visa in your passport

Hey everyone,

Sorry it's been a while since I've been on here (just been really busy).
Just wanted to give u guys an undated as to what going on. My husband currently has a interview on the 20th of this month (in 2 days). I'm so excited as it is getting closer for urs to reunite.

Here's our timeline :
Application received at missassauga on July 18 2015
Application transfer to port of spain on Aug 13 2015
Medicals submitted on Sept 22 2015 (upfront)
Interview : Jan.20th, 2016

Right now I'm just praying that everything goes smoothly as I have our newborn (born in November). I'm currently taking care of our son on my own. Please keep our family in ur prayers. I will definitely update you guys after the interview.

I do have a question as well. How long does it take to actually get your visa after the interview? And what is the process?

Hey! good luck to you and husband at interview! Im no expert but from what Ive seen on this thread is many different things, Ive seen people get their visa the same day after interview, Ive seen people get called the next day to bring passport for visa , Ive also seen people get ppr one week, and 5 months after interview, Im not sure.. Did you order you GCMS notes to see what sparked the interview? I for sure know my wife and I will have one as we have a large age difference..
