I will be flying from Hong Kong to Canada next year to finish my PR processing. On my COPR it is written Edmonton under Albert PNP. My queries are:
1. Can I fly to any other city under Alberta other than Edmonton say Calgary?
2. As I will be doing a soft landing, I do not wish to go out of Cal/Edm, I want to get the process done and fly to Toronto to meet my relatives. So, the flight paths are mostly like - HK > Japan/Korea layover > Vancouver layover > Cal/Edm destination. Then domestic flight to Toronto. So where will my PR processing be done? Vancouver or Alberta? If it is done at Vancouver, then is there any need to go to Alberta after that?
3. Also, as I will be doing soft landing, is it wise to just directly go to Toronto even though I have Alberta PNP and even if I provide them the address for mailing PR card in Alberta? Will it look dishonest to the authority?
