Hi,

My name is Ronit and I have got my VISA a few days back. I am flying to Canada in August.
I applied for VISA for a different university (Ryerson) but now I am going to a different one (McMaster) because of better prospects and opportunities. I have informed IRCC about the same via mycic page by transferring the DLI (We can do that if it's a post secondary school).

My question is : At the POE, should I give the offer letter of the new university which I am going to or the one for which I applied my VISA?

I think I should give the information about the new one because :
-I have already informed IRCC
-The previous university's had started on 1st May and this one's will start in September. So I anyway shouldn't show Ryerson's offer letter because the classes have already begun.

Please let me know what should I do? Am i on the right path?
Any sort of suggestion is appreciated. Thanks in advance :)

Adding to the above, I also think that informing the officer should be right approach as it would be better if the Study permit has the name of the university which I am actually going to attend.

Please give your views. They are very important.

Since you've already updated your new DLI number to your cic account, you should present your new DLI offer letter to the CBSA.

My advise is, until you are asked a question, don't explain

..and smile too
