I need some help and advise, my hearing not done yet, I would like to know dose Point of entry notes will help you in order to prepare, because my para legal said to me you should not request it will effect your case.

Kindly advise and suggests me

You should try to look into file you received with your refugee claimant document. It won't help you but you should look into before preparing your BOC because if anybody have inconsistency between BOC and POE notes then it will pose a threat to his credibility.

I would like to seek more suggestions, the boc is already submitted and hearing date is postponed twice, my concern is there any bad impact if you request the boc even Boc is submitted

As per my para legal it will effect according to him
If you request the. The court will have it too and the. They might ask you more and could become problem if there is some contradiction

So better not to request POE

2ndly Will POE is part of your hearing by default or not even you request or not!

POE needs to prepare for the worst Incase.

Basically POE notes are your answers to officer questions in your eligibility interview. I'm thinking why you don't have it with you because officer suppose to give you one copy. Why you're requesting BOC? Don't you have the copy of it?
POE notes are very crucial not because you did contradiction but some time officer who wrote them can also make mistake and in my scenario officer did mistake on typing once I found it then immediately I mentioned in BOC. Not every time immigration officers could be right, they are also humans and can make mistakes but if judge finds that then he'll think we did contradiction with our statement so it is better to check everything well before. If your lawyer suggest that you better listen to him.

When I enter Canada I had interview at border and the officer records every thing in audio recorder.

After that I got my brown paper and we have been advise to submit the boc on 15 days which it was done by my lawyer

How ever I didn’t receive any copy or transcript of Audio interview at boarder which POE notes

How ever I chnage the lawyer due to some concerns

Now I asked my new para legal to request for Transcript of my border interview so I can cross match my BOC and verbal
Interview notes but he is advising my do not request your notes it will not be beneficial and stick to it BOC

So my question is that if I request my notes from IRB

Will it effect my case or it’s fine to have it and can cross match with My BOC.

I think your para legal advised you good, My question is why you didn't get your POE notes maybe they recorded your voice for me it wasn't recording though. If may I ask when did you claim refugee status?

My advise would be same as your lawyer because he knows better than us.

Well I didn’t do any contradict in my statement , how ever it’s been long time now and going through mental stress and Turamas, so just to make sure once again before appearing in front of court I should prepre my self,

I had my first interview at cubec lacole border Montreal

If you don't mind may I ask where are you from? Which city you are in because it's pretty fast they gave you date in 9 months it seems to me they are processing claims faster.
