Port of entry letter/ Letter of introduction not received.

Hello,
I applied for my student permit on paper in abu dhabi, UAE. I received an email asking for my passport and got my TRV in three days time. However I have not yet received my POE letter. I have submitted a case specific query on the web form. I am flying in a weeks times. Can some expert advice me about what happens if I land in Canada without POE letter?

(I have not been able to link my paper application to gckey account either. I have also contacted the embassy but to no avail.)

The UCI is already there on the TRV. The email for passport request contains my application number.
Would it suffice?

Its not required in Canada you can go without it, make sure your airline will let you board without it though.

HI, I am in the same situation. What was happend? were you able to went to Canada smoothly with the POE letter?
