Port of Entry (correspondence) letter not issued

I have already received my passport with visa stamp but the correspondence letter has not been issued. What will happen if I travel without POE?
Plus my IRCC office was New Delhi but when I received my passport with visa stamp the visa issued office was mentioned Bangkok, so will this affect or not?

When did you recieve your passport stamped back? If it was stamped recently, please wait a week before raising a webform.

The visa office mentioned should not be a problem as the passport request letter is valid worldwide.
