Hi can anyone help my friend:

Arrived: March 01, 2018
WP Expires : Feb 28, 2020
NOC 4411
In Home Caregiver Nanny.

Is this under New Pathway? Can she change employer? She is treated not fair. Works from 6AM to 11PM. As per contract 35 hours a week only. She is not paid with over time.

Steps on how to change employer?

To change employers she needs a new work permit - and before she can apply for a new work permit her new employer must obtain a new LMIA.
