Poor academics in graduation and backlogs

Anyone can help me how can I mention backlogs and poor academics in sop..i got refusal from canada . I had applied from non sds category
Ielts score 7 nlt 5.5
10th 85
12th 75
Graduation in computer engg 54 percent with 11 backlogs
Applied for software developer program at sask polytechnic
