POLO verification of contracts (VANCOUVER)

Hi ALL,

I am a Filipino and my employer in Calgary has been contacting the POLO office in Vancouver fro more than 2 weeks now regarding the procedure of authentication of my contract but unfortunately, she is not getting any reply from the POLO office. I am due to fly to Canada in end of July and i am anxious of waiting for my employer's go signal as i know that most of Phil. government offices are all the same, SLOW and INACTIVE.

Any idea how is the best way to reach POLO Vancouver office?

Your help will be much appreciated.

Did you ask POEA in Manila why they are not answering your employer's calls?

ive asked a friend of mine who is working in POEA and she has only given me the email add of the POLO Vancouver which i already know.
