HI! Does the "affidavit of undertaking" you have submitted, sealed and notarized? Thanks.

Hi. Any update? Still waiting for POLO processing in Vancouver too..

When did you send it to polo? How was the polo verification?
POLO verification already received last June 17. My employer sent it to POLO last May 6, and was sent back to them Jun 5 althought date on verification stamp is May 28. Transit of docs from Alberta to the Philippines took more than a week.

POLO Vancouver verification and PCG authentication took only 2 weeks when I processed my applicants documents last June 2019. It is a drop off and pick up from their office.
on my part, I submitted the affidavit of undertaking "not notarized" by a notary public. I went to the POLO office and personally submitted all the signed and completed documents.

Yes, i think it is faster if you submit it personally since they will process it immediately. In my case, it was first come first served since it was sumbitted through mail.
From what country are you?

I'm from Vancouver.

True. Nung nagprocess nanny namin last year nasa around 32k. May natanungan ako 800usd daw ung iba. Napaka senseless talaga ng OEC na yan

Yes they charged us $800USD sa pinas lang na agency.. we processed everything on our end here for POLO Vancouver as it would have been another $500 if we hired another agency to process for POLO.
