For POLO, my sister in law's took about 2 weeks. For POEA forever. She is still waiting for her POEA. She finished her PDOS more than a month now and still waiting for OWWA sched. Actually according to her agency, they are waiting for someone (a head of a department I believe) from POEA to sign her paperwork. And this person is on vacation, I don't know for how long.
