Police Verification Validity when already inside Canada

So we have a 472 score.....Just entered the pool.

We are in Canada since April 2016 and we are not going back till we get our PR (at least that is the plan ).

If we get our Police Verification done in advance, will it be valid indefinitely as we are not going back to India or we will have to get it done again after 3 months, in case we are not picked in the pool by then.....Just want to be proactive.

Also will we require Medicals again as we have already done them last year in December 2015 to get our current Work Permits??
(Just inquiring for calculating the budget)

1. PCC
PCC from India is valid for Period of 12 Months i.e 1 Year.

However Note: If you are including your police certificates with your application to the CIO, please
ensure that your certificates were not issued more than three months earlier. Police
certificates are generally valid for 12 months from the date they are issued. However, if a
final decision is not made on your application before the expiry of your police certificate, the
visa office may request that you provide a new one.

2. Medical
The results of your exam are only valid for 12 months. When you submit your application for permanent residence, the results of your exam must be valid for at least 6 months. If we approve your application, but you do not come to Canada as a permanent resident during those 12 months, you may need to have another exam. For this reason, it is a good idea to complete the exam as close as possible to the date you submit your online application.
