Police verification from Bangalore for PR

Can I get Police clearance certificate from one of the Bangalore One centers? Is it the same as getting one from the Regional Passport office?
Also will it be this one - Police Clearance Certificate (PCC) for Indian Citizens ?

PVC is issued from local Police station

PCC is issued from Local PSK-Passport Seva Kendra (lot easier if address on passport same as current address)

Both are equally valid for Canada immigration.
