Police verification for singapore

Hi,
I currently live in Mumbai but had been living in Singapore for a year in the past. I need to get a police clearance from Singapore and have to send my fingerprints from here. The police authorities in Mumbai are howevee stating that they do not take such fingerprints untill I am an accused.Has anyone faced this same problem? I checked with notaries too and they do not have any expertise in fingerprinting too. Can someone advice what needs to be done

You can approach the Forensic Bureau may be. There are also a few private agencies which can help you with the fingerprinting. You can also do it on your own.
