I am the primary applicant, (current status - waiting for ECA from WES) and since I am married, I understand that I have to get a PCC & medical done for my husband as well who is not accompanying me. However, he is currently in Dubai. Can anyone help me with the best way of getting India PCC done from Dubai and also how long will it be valid?
