Police Report

Hi Guys,
as am based in UK but would b e applying from pakistan... would i be needed police report from UK and pakistan or just pakistan. Is there any sort of expiry for these reports.. that shouldn't be older than this many months or year? thanks

If you have lived in the UK for 6 months or more, you need a PCC. You need one from Pakistan as well and it should be issued after you left Pakistan.

well i've been in UK for quite a few years now.... so say am planing to apply for Canada in next 4-5 months... when would be the best to get PCC from UK and Canada, as i've heard it takes a month or so to get.
And would it be better to get before i leave UK (UK PCC) and would there be any expiry on that... say i get it now.. and if i be lucky i get invitation via express after around 8 months would this pcc from UK be still acceptable or would i need to get a fresh one again? many thanks

When you submit your eAPR, if UK is your country of residence, the PCC should have been issued within the last 6 months. If you submit your eAPR after leaving the UK then the UK PCC has to be issued after you leave the UK.
