Police record check

My husband has received his police check from his country. Now do I take it out of the envelope and include it with the rest of the documents or do I leave it in the sealed envelope?

I know some places ask to not open police checks, but does anyone know what are the IRCC requirements?

We submitted our by itself, No envelop. They didn't have a problem with it. Obviously if they think it's been tampered with They would just call where it was issued. Good luck with your application
