police record check outside Canada

My name is Milda.
Could someone please help me. I did apply for Young Professionals and I got an invitation to apply. So now I will need a criminal record certificate.
A situation is that: I had working visa in Canada for a year, and just couple month ago I came back home to Lithuania, applied from here for a second one, but different type. Since I lived in Canada longer than 6months, I might need this police check from Canada just to fill my application.
Is any chances to get criminal record check from outside Canada?

You don't need to provide the Canadian check - CIC will do that for you.
