Police clearence - USA

I am sure this was discussed before... I sent my finger prints along with everything that was requeird to FBI before I was invited to apply for PR under CEC. Here is my problem: I was issued ITA only a week after I mailed my application to FBI and their processing time is 11-13 weeks... I have 60 days to submit my police clearence to CIC. I called FBI cust. service but they wont even talk to me because it hasnt been 9 weeks yet... I am almost certain that I will not get the police clearence back from FBI in time to send to CIC.

I need help! Can I send a letter to CIC explaining my situation? Can I send my PR application incomplete? Will it be declined automatically?

People have sent the application along with Letter of explanation about the FBI timelines. Upload with it all proof that you that you had send the fingerprints to FBI along with what date you have sent. They may accept it and may give you additional time to submit the PCC.

I did what the previous commenter said. CIC gave me 60 days to submit the certificate.
