Police Clearence Question

My husband live in London for over a year. We got a PC from Uk back in july 09 and sent it with our application dated march 16th, 2010. do we have to get another PC from Uk or that should be enough. He has not been in Uk since 2007. he has a PC for where he lives now which is recent.

I want to know so that if we do then we can apply for it now becuase it takes a while to recieve it. Thank you

I believe that police clearances are only good for 3 months so if your was dated in 2009 then you would need a new one.

They just can't be older than 3 months when they are submitted. It is unlikely that CIC will request another PCC.

You need criminal serches from every country you lived in no matter when you lived there and they all need to be recent as they do expire.
