Hi guys,
I would appreciate your suggestions regarding my spouse's police clearance.I am going to sponsor my spouse and her police clearance is going to expired on 03 December next month.I am planning to send our applications to Mississauga on 20 Nov.So,it will take 5/6 days to reach there (not sure). Do you think it is good to send my application reaching at this deadline. Will they accept her police clearance? Or should I wait for another police clearance from my Country. But getting another clearance from my country it would take another 2 months.
Another question. We dont have any children. So,my wife when she filled out the form IMM 0008,before validating the form, she removed the defendants section.(we dont have any dependents .I am living in Canada and going to sponsor her,so I am not her dependent. right?)
I am really await your advice.
Regards,
Sumon
