Police Clearence - Help

Hi Iam a PR recently applied for spousal sponsorship AOR 1 got today. They have asked me to submit the PCC. My wife is currently on visitor visa with me in canada. I have a PCC which is dated 2 feb 2015 for her. Now obviously she cant apply for PCC in India. BLS canada takes 6 weeks for PCC and they ask for PR card for my spouse which she doesnt have.
I need to submit PCC within 30 days .

But she is in canada , How can she appear in passport seva ?

You'll either need someone to get the PC for her in India or she'll have to go and get it herself. IRCC is inflexible on the requirement.

She can apply at the nearest Indian embassy or consulate.
