Police clearence Certificate from India for 498a

My Father In law has registered a false case against me at Police station using his contacts IPC 498A and 406.

I have already sent one Joint application (me , my wife and children)for Canada Immigration FSW2014.
But to spoil everything my wife and Father In Law used 498a and 406 case .

My question is IF my application get approved

1.Whether I will be getting Police clearence certificate?
2. What status I will show about my Faimly in future communication with immigration authorities?

Apply PCC from your passport office in India. You may get it based on previous police verification report?

Any updates on this issue ?
I am also in the same boat.
Today i visited police and the answer is clear "PCC will not be issued while there are pending cases in India". PCC can only be issued after the case is disposed off by the court.
This tells to me that the applicant can not apply for PR for an average of 3-5 years while 498a in India

If I've an active 498A case against me, can I still get clear PCC and how? To travel abroad on work visa. Thanks in advance.
