I rcvd ITA. I am an Indian living in Dubai for the past 3 years.

Cn anybody guide from where i have to apply Indian police clearance certificate?

Is it from Indian embassy in UAE or from India?
What procedure do i need to follow?

For NRI's you need to apply for PCC from the Indian embassy in Dubai/UAE.
