Hello! I am Samira from Bangladesh. I along with my spouse received ITA on December 21, 2017 and we intend to apply on February 16, 2018 but the issue that we are facing currently is that, my spouse's permanent address is different from his current one.. In fact he hails from a totally different district but currently residing in another. As per the rule of Bangladeshi police, pcc can only be issued against one's permanent address although ircc requires that he obtains it from local police station. Under these circumstances, how do I proceed with my application?

That's more on a local law/process concern instead of the IRCC process. No other way but to check with your local police for options. The important thing with your IRCC application is that you should be consistent with the address you provided and the details in the PCC.
