Police Clearance

Hi all,
I am having my PCC issued to me from USA through FBI. I have the following questions -
1. Is it necessary to get the FBI letter APOSTILLED before it is uploaded ?

2. After I have submitted my APR is it ok for me to travel . [ I am planning a trip abroad but only after I have submitted my documents.......]
Will I need a PCC from that country as I have lived in that country for more than 6 month and am enclosing a PCC from there with the curent application- I am wondering if taking this FRESH TRIP after the application will require me to get a new PCC from that country again.

1. I don't think it is mentioned anywhere on IRCC website that you need to get US PCC Apostilled or attested. You can still check the below link to reconfirm:

2. Yes, you can travel after you submit your e-APR without the need of a new PCC from that country.

I have the following situation with respect to Police Clearance requirement. I'm currently in the IELTS and ECA stage, but want to be ready with the foreign country PCCs.
For myself,
1. I've stayed in the US for 1 year between 2005-2006, i.e. before the 10 year cut-off period. I've again stayed in the US for 4.5 months during 2008-09. Do I need to get PCC for the US?
2. I've stayed in Australia for 1 year 4 months between 2007-08 and returned to home country in June 2008. I intend to create the EE profile in July 2018, i.e. just beyond the 10 year period. Do I need to get PCC for Australia?
3. I've stayed in Kuwait for about 1 year in total between 2013-15 across multiple visits. Each of the visits was less than 1 month duration and on Business visa. Do I need to get a PCC?
For my spouse,
4. She has stayed in the US only once for 4.5 months during 2008-09. Do we need a PCC for her?
5. Same situation as myself for Australia.

Could some expert please provide guidance on which all PCCs from above countries I need to get in addition to home country. I can then start the process accordingly.

Safe side, get the PCC

Safe side, get the PCC, but please check/follow instructions for the PCC in Australia as it has some additional requirements as well

Check with Kuwaiti authortities(https://www.wikiprocedure.com/index.php/Kuwait_-_Obtain_a_Police_Clearance_Certificate_(Criminal_Status_Certificate)) it may get tricky, since you did have a resident visa for KWT. Worst case if you are not able to obtain this PCC, you may have to add a Letter of Explanation(LoE), which mentions to the IRCC why you cannot submit the KWT PCC

For my spouse

If you are sure it is under 6 months(total in the last 10 yrs) then it is fine, she does not require the PCC
5. Same situation as myself for Australia.
Same as the above that I mentioned above for you
