Could any on may please clarify:
I m frm Punjab ,India,
As There are two methods for the issue the PCC, one is from local SSP office and the another one is through Passport office.
Could any one please explain the difference in between these two different way PCC. Is in both way they will issue a seperate certificate.Please explain.
