Police Clearance

I have a work permit tpye 27. How do I apply for Police Clearance for my PR. BLS surrey sent my application back and they say I have to apply directly to CGI Vancouver and CGI phone number no one answers. I want to know the right process.

Surrey should have done that for you. Did you fill out the right form?
If you did so, send it to CGI plus the letter from Surrey.
Is it Surrey your office area?

Thank you so much for replying. I am in Saskatchewan, so surrey is my location. They sent me an email saying that because my work permit type is 27, it has to go to CGI Vancouver. Should i just sent the same file which was returned to me by them, along with the money order which is in favour of "BLS International" to CGI Vancouver by attaching a print of the email sent to me by Surrey because there is no information on CGI Vancouver website, it only directs me to BLS website. I also dont know which documents apart from passport do i have to send to CGI in original. I sent several emails to CGI Vancouver, even called them but no response.

I filled out the forms which was on bls website. I will now send form 13 to CGI. Please tell me apart from my passport, which other documents do I have to send in original? The problem is CGI phone number nobody answers so I dont know what supporting documents do I have to send.
